Q1:What currency are prices shown in?

Q2. How can I choose the right size?
Products from different categories may have different size measurements. We highly advise you to carefully review the size chart provided on each product's page and refer to the detailed measurements to select an appropriate size.

Q3. Where do I input my coupon?

Please navigate to your Shopping bag page and locate the area of Enter or Select coupon code. Enter a code in that area and click on the "apply" button before proceeding to checkout.

Q4. Why am I not receiving the 50% discount as advertised for the Buy 3 get 4th 50% off?

The one with the lowest price among the 4 items you purchased will enjoy a 50% discount automatically.

However, please note that all event discounts such as Buy 2 get 2nd 20% off, Buy 3 get 4th 50% off, flash sale, etc., are mutually exclusive, and invalidated if a discount code is applied.

Q5. Why do I not enjoy free shipping?
Please verify if your order reach the minimum thresholds after all the discounts have been applied. Additionally, please note that final-sale items are not eligible for free shipping.

Q6. Can I make a change to an order I just placed?
Once you have submitted an order, it cannot be modified online. If you need to make any changes including modifications to products or addresses, please reach out to us via Live Chat, and our team will be glad to assist you before your order is shipped.


Q1. Where are the products shipped from?
Your orders will be shipped from one of our warehouses located in the US, EU, or Asia. The specific warehouse will depend on the availability of stock and your delivery address.

Q2. Can you ship the order in one package?
Items are prepared by different warehouses on our website, so they might be shipped separately. The good news is that there won't be any extra shipping fees for separate shipments. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.

Q3. When will I receive my order?

Q4. Why hasn't my package's tracking information been updated for a few days?
One of the most common reasons is that the package is being held by customs for inspection. Please do not worry, the tracking information will resume updating after release from the custom.

We accept return applications within 30 days from the date of receipt. You can initiate the return process through Return Request.
